August 13, 2009 Villebois Community Housing Featured in The Oregonian Oregon’s leading newspaper, The Oregonian, recently featured the Villebois community in Wilsonville in an article promoting the official opening of the Rain Garden Apartments, a 29-unit housing complex for adults with mental illness in the Villebois neighborhood. At Villebois, community housing consists of homes where residents live "family-style" with assistance from on-site staff, and apartments where residents enjoy a greater level of independence in a supportive environment. All of the community housing at Villebois is consistent with the design and size of surrounding properties, and adheres to Homeowner Association standards for architecture and permitted uses.
